Covid-19 Updates
As of September 22nd, Lynwood Manor currently has 2 positive COVID cases.
Please consider outdoor visits or virtual visits at all times to decrease the risk of spreading COVID or other communicable diseases. The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority. We are doing what we can to limit the spread of COVID-19 within Lynwood Manor, including staying in very close communication with local and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps under current circumstances. Please be aware that if you enter the building you may be exposed to COVID19.
We are taking steps based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19, such as:
We also understand that connecting with family members is incredibly important to our residents. All visitors must be screened for COVID-19 immediately upon entering the building. We ask that you wear a well fitted face mask during your entire visit, and please use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the building. We encourage social distancing for the safety of our residents. You will not be required to take a COVID-19 test, however they are available on site. If you would like to be tested please let us know. We also offer COVID vaccines, please see nursing department if interested.

- Screening residents, staff, and essential visitors for expanded list of symptoms
- Limiting visitation and entry of people to the building
- Testing staff and residents for COVID-19 based on current protocols and availability of tests
- Postponing communal activities
